worse service

I received the claims worse experience for a student insuring her items. Experience which is the claim consultant took me to scene where i was ****** and telling me that i should tell the truth, If i needed study fees i should just tell her the truth, wow, what was she saying and she told me where the incident happened does not look dangerous with guys on drug being there. Then they said proof of ownership can be photos because items that was bought was more that 10 years ago we now the story changed the photos i have are not going to help according to Miway. but the claims consultant said photos when he took my detail down.please dont insure withm mimay.
