Worse service

I have been trying to cancel my policy with miway insurance but with no success , every time I call them I'm told the supervisor will call me back within 72 hours concerning cancelling of my policy , but with no success it's a second month now dedicating the premiums of which I reverse it but it doesn't even bother them to find out why I reverse the premium , I guess if I had a claim I will be experiencing the same service or worse.
