Worse insurer (miway)

Greetings, on the 18th December 2020 my vehicle was involved in an accident whilst driven by my fiance, matter was reported to miway and the police arrived on the scene. Same day my vehicle was towed to someone's yard without security and my concern, then to harrismith still not informed about the arrangements. My fiance (the driver on that day)/police in fact all the stake holders involved are still not yet contacted and it's about 10 days now but every time I contact the insurance I get something new then empty promises. The whole claim process is delayed because nobody cares from the insurer side, every time I have to call them just to hear lies, they are so unprofessional,careless
