Worse insurance ever happened to my father also .

I'm renting a flat but I insurance all my house contents. But than there was a burglary at the flat that happened on 7 March 2018. Now Miway decline the claim due to security @ open land . but the complex has wall that cover the entire place. And there was security during the day but now only at night. Its just that it slip my mind not to inform them .,but the excel fact they don't want paid out out . and my father them had the same problems with Miway when they claimed against Miway the end he had to go to lawyer's to settle the matter . its the worse insurance ever santam its the best they don't even treat u like they way Miway treats there customers. I lost lot of stuff in this process. Even gave them all documents they requested. It feel like u the ********, like racial to they don't value coloureds , . and the flat have security gate@ burglar bar's. . but they decline it due to no more security during the day@ open land.
