Worse Insurance Company Ever!!!!
I would not recommend my worse enemy to be insured with this company. They take useless to a whole new level.
I have raised a number of complaints and to date no feedback. Every month my account is debited, but the service doesn't follow suite.
It is official I have never experience any worse service. There are a number of departments that promised feedback, but nothing received. The credibility of your agents is pathetic at best.
Please if no senior member of you company will provide my queries and complaints attention, rest assured I will be leaving Miway after 10 years of uninterrupted customer loyalty. Its amazing how my loyalty is getting repaid.

13 Feb 2020, 11:33It is amazing that on a public platform you pronounce that you will call. It really doesn't take 2 days for any company to respond to any of its complaints.
Today is the 2nd day still no correspondence or communication from Miway. Is this really your service offering.
Edging so much closer to not only cancelling my policy but rather taking my complaint to the Ombudsman, and believe me I have sufficient grounds.
