Worse experience with miway.

I had an accident on the 27th of April. It took 3weeks for them to approve the claim, I had to make multiple calls for them to give me updates. They told me that they had outsourced someone to assess the car. After their "outsourced person" finally did the assessment, I still had to make a couple of calls for them to tell me they are waiting for part. Till this day my car is not done. Miway keeps blaming the panel beater as if there is only one in South Africa. I have to deal with the panel beater as if I am the one who took my car to them. I had the worst experience with may way.
