Worse Experience Ever

What an experience I had with Miway I can't imagine how I could have ever recommended someone for this insurance. For the first time in my life I went to claim of Fire . What a dreadful experience it was . First of all I had to phone to follow up on the claim. When the stuff was confirmed that would be covered and I confirmed the amounts suddenly Miway change and say they not covering the fridge . I was told by the manager Vinesh that my fridge got wear and tear after confirming they will cover . My lounge suite I was told it is not leather he can see it on the photo OMW after sending out an assessor confirming is leather I never got a call from him and they confirmed they not paying out for the fridge and get someone to fix. I'm struggling with the fridge from the time it was fixed. I had to follow up with the repairing of the fridge , follow up with the salvage people. And after all this I found out my shoes was damage just before that I was told my shoes wasn't damage. What an experience I wish no one to go through this experience. To think you paying for a service but once your item is more that R20000 things get ugly. You get people that lies about there claims here and honest person and they take you for a ride.
