Worse excess claim service ever.

We are insured with my and were involved in an accident three weeks ago. The guy hit us from behind. Three weeks later we are still waiting Thuso Mudau to claim excess from the other party’s insurance. On two emails already he says we must pay it ourselves and that he will “attempt” to claim it from the other party’s insurance. Why does he keep using the words attempt ? He said his job was to claim excess and if he has not done that then that means he hasn’t completed his job.

Now our other issue is that the panel beaters refuse to give our car if the excess is not yet paid. So annoying.

After this whole debacle, I am definitely looking for something better. After paying premiums for so long, one would expect better service than this, honestly.
