Worse car insurance

My way is surely a **** insurer Do not be deceived by all the positive reviews you see on hellopeter... they are not related to claims, instead mostly are about how they communicate when trying to win you to join their insurance, they'll be kind and professional... but come the day you have to log a claim, that's when they'll show true colours

I have been with miway for over 4 years, I have 3 policies with Miway and never executed a single successful claim besides windscreen .. my last claim was rejected in a most shocking manner with reason being that after their evaluation my car scratch and dent was +- 7k to fix... and they can only fix below that... I then requested a quote from 3 other companies and the quotes were below 5k... I tried pleading they fix under this companies as their quotes were reasonably... ever since then i never heard from Miway, they stopped responding to my emails aswell...

I swear Miway will always come up with all excuses not to fix your car even a mere dent and scratch... and the manner of communication during a claim is very bad(more especially from Teddy Rapakgadi) as compared to policy Sales communication. To this Day I have 3-4 follow up emails that nobody replys to from miway... -claim number ***

Same week while still waiting for updates I recieved a call to refere someone to join them in order for me to get R1k cash.. I referred my partner who successfully joined the insurer.. till to-date I haven't recieved that R1k...

I'll be canceling all the 3 policies and my partner also canceling the one he recently joined on...
