World class service
My premiums were set to increase begin of 1 November 2020. I called in to ask id they could assist me to decrease it as financially times are hard. I was assisted by Senior advisor Mapaseka only did she decrease my premium but also my excess it she was so helpful and understanding and friendly . I have been with Miway for 2 years now and have no complaints.
