May I firstly commend Ntokozo on his outstanding performance in dealing with my query proficiently and professionally and by putting the client first in this instance, he also went to the extremes of reducing my premium and giving me a half premium holiday with the next premium scheduled to be debited from my account and this was all done for the inconvenience caused. Thank you Ntokozo you are a star.<br> <br> I have tried to sort out this query out with Mi Way call centre agents since the beginning of the month of Feb 2016 and it was brought to my attention that a trainee who dealt with my policy, loaded the incorrect amount that should not have been debited off my account in the first instance as my agreement was not for such a high premium, question does Mi Way load premium amounts on a monthly basis on existing clients or was my contract of interest to the trainee and also has anything else been changed on my contract as this is just a matter of interest to me at this point, then also another trainee tried to assist in sorting out the query but to no avail. I had to request the assistance of a manager and as mention above Ntokozo came out tops.<br> <br>
