Wonderful Service from Sicelo Ngwenya and Tumi Raneke

I Called in, not very happy about my premium increase that is going to take place on 1 august.I requested a call back, and i was called back immediatlety. I was greeted by Sicelo Ngwenya who was very helpful and was a pleasure to chat to, He also managed to put my mind at ease, by lowering my premium to a more favourable amount to my pocket, with the help of a senior within Miway, Tumi Raneke. Tumi was then able to assist me by bringing the premium even lower, and ensured that he met the request Well done Sicelo and Tumi. I am truly a happy client...Thanks for all the help
