Wonderful Service

Good day, I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the outstanding service I received from Nkosie Mthembu on the 04/02/2015. I called the call centre adamant to speak to a retentions consultant I had dealt with previously and none of the consultants I spoke to before him bothered to notify me that she had moved to another division and she would not be able to assist me. Nkosie was the only one that took the initiative to inform me of this and asked if he could assist me. Though I was reluctant to deal with him, he assured me he would assist me to the best of his ability. He was able to convince me to trust him and allow him to do his job by making me a happy client. I was highly irate at this point and disappointed due to the high premium review for my policy. But Nkosie took his time to explore the different options available to me and was extremely patient with me. I was extremely satisfied at the end of my call by his efficiency, great attitude and humble nature. Your call centre staff can learn a lot from Nkosie. If you had a more Nkosie's trust me, you would retain a lot more clients. Thank you for the experience worth talking about Nlosie! Keep up the good work.
