Wonderful Service!

I called in to report on my accident and claim last week, and was called today to say it's been approved. Despite the claim approval, I needed a lot of advice and assistance as it was my first claim and I didn't know the process at all.<br> <br> Every Miway assistant I dealt with was amazing, from Phumzile in Caims, Khutso in Assessing/Legal and Mohammed in Sales. They took their time, were patient and explained everything to me or offered to put me through to someone who could assist if they couldn't. Thank you to all- you really made me feel like I can carry on with my busy life and Miway would take away the stress of the accident and deal with it all. Being a trainer who facilitates several customer service modules - I honestly would rate Miway #1 from every experience I have had thus far and based on what I know in the field. You guys tick all the boxes- the only thing I would suggest is a little more empathy in responses to be perfect. Exceptional job to all those who helped me and well done to your trainers and managers too. Thanks Miway!
