Wonderful Experience with Genevieve from MiWay Call Centre!

Every year, premiums go up, naturally. But this year I decided to dispute that! I requested a 'call me back' from the Miway website and in less than 2 days I got a call from a wonderful lady by the name of Genevieve. She was easy to talk to, warm and friendly, conversation flowed and she wasn't trying to run though all of the standard insurance babble everyone else tries to do. Instead she seemed passionate about what she was saying, and genuinely interested in assisting me. When she called, she knew exactly what the nature of my call was about, she quickly confirmed some details and in less than 15 minutes, the call was complete and my premium was reduced by a substantial amount!
