Wonderful customer experience
Neo was really a superstar because I like the manner in which she handled my query. I called in requesting for a premium review because I was paying too much and she was able to offer me a great discount. She went through the policy with me and explained things that I was unaware off. What was interesting about her was that she was offering all this service with a smile and she was also able to reduce my excesses. Neo girl you are a star and thank you once again......<br>
