Wonderful
Myway contacted me this morning to find out if they must cancel my First for Women Policy. Inittially my name was spelt incorrectly and on three previous occassions I had contacted Myway to correct the spelling error and requested a copy of the corrected policy. I never received one. The lady who phoned transferred me to Zandi who assistment in a most professional manner, sent me the policy and then updated it according to my request. What a wonderful experience.
