Wiway please pay my refund

I took a policy with miway and when I needed to claim they could not even assist with the smallest task.

It was in the morning I think y battery was flat the only thing I request was the assistance to recharge my better.

They failed to assist me. Then I cancelled their policy thinking to my self should I had a serious problem they will fail to assist.

Anyway to cut the matter short, I gave them my account number and bank details for them to refund my premises till today nothing has been paid..
