Withholding my policy!

I decided to insure my car with Miway...the confirmation SMS and emailed policy I received both varied in information from each other, and from what was told to me over the phone by sales person Anele. I received feedback the next day and was told a new policy would be emailed to me immediately and I have still yet to receive anything. I began this process on Monday. Am I ever receiving this policy????? What is happening?? All this drama just to get a policy! I'm now reconsidering whether I should insure with Miway or not!
