With all the Load shedding we have been experiencing my driveway gate stopped working. We replaced the battery but that didn't help. We called Mi-way on a Sunday and within an hour someone was dispatched to check what the problem was. Then 2 days later someone was sent out again to give us a quote... to my amazement they took it upon themselves to fix the gate. Seems like a magnet had fallen off which they soldered back on.. within an hour the gate was in working order again. The Miway consultant kept on checking on me on how far they were with resolving my issues.... I'm a happy customer again ! 👍🏼👍🏼
