Windscreen

I am very content with the service I received from Sipho today regarding the claim for my windscreen. He took his time to understand what really happened & whether I wanted to claim for a chip or acrack. I am also grateful for the advice he offered, saying that if the people who will be replacing my windscreen decides to come to me, I should ask them if they will be charging more or not.
