Window claim - excellent service

I would like to express my warm gratitude to MiWay Insurance. On Tuesday 3/12/2019, I logged a glass claim with MiWay online, the process was fast, quick and very convenient. Not only was logging the claim easy and quick, but the approval was done in minutes as well and I got a call from them in just few minutes of sending my claim online. When I went to fit my window, I was informed that I never requested that my insurance cover to include my smash and crab windows as I figured that when I told them that my car had smash and grab that automatically the insurance will cover the smash and crab. The window/glass company that inserted my window did not want to insert the window with smash and grab, but after a call to MiWay, they assisted me with ease and explained everything to me and they ended up amending my insurance to include smash and grab as well as to pay for the cost of adding smash and grab. Toko from MiWay assisted me very well and I would like to applaud him and the MiWay team for going out of their way to help me.
