Wilson my guardian angel

I was recently in a car accident with my sister on the high way and the first person I called was my mom to let her know. Seconds after hanging up the phone I received a call from an 011 number. The person on the other line of the phone call told me I was speaking to Wilson from Miway and in a calming voice he helped me to calm down in order to process everything that had just happened. Never I my life had I ever experienced such calmness and kindness from an agent. I am truly grateful that Miway does in fact have such people because without their effective and efficient service I don't think I would be able to type out this review today. Thank you!
