Willingness to assist
I would like to make Miway aware of the exceptional individual in their Retentions Division by the name of Refilwe. The gentleman was efficient, professional, emphathetic and went out of his way to assist. He was so good, I didn't get exactly what I wanted, but I was still pleased with the service and thanks to him - I'm keeping this policy ?
