Why the car do I pay for car hire?

Anyone that knows me know that I love MiWay and so loyal to them but this they've proved people around right. People have always said their benefits are a ****. I currently have pending claim, in my cover I had car hire that I pay as a benefit. Tell me why when I have to get the car am still required to pay access to get that car? So you wanna tell me that all these years of contributing for car hire, am doing so so that my can just ask Avis to call me? If I knew that I wouldnt have bothered. I would have saved my money I was contributing for that stupid service and come the time, I would have called Avis myself and arrange my own car hire. Am just hoping I don't get any more surprises on this, coz am already ****ed off nje
