Why Miway

i submitted a claim with miway because i had water damage in 3 bedrooms in my house. Miway sent an independent contractor to come and asses the damage and he submitted his findings.My walls have clear sign of water damage from the rain and it is even causing the tiles to lift. Before the contractors findings were even submitted i was contacted by a Mr J.P from the claims department who asked allot of questions and was very rude from the onset and already concluded the outcome without the findings of the contractor. 3 days after the inspection was done there was still no word from Miway regarding my claim so i contacted them again and Mr J.P. was very rude again and told me that i was not covered for that and that is was because of shoty workmanship ,i proceeded to ask for the report from the contractor and was very rudely told the he is closing the claim and i can object if i want to till date i have not received anything. I've been a client of Miway for many years and have never experienced such treatment.Even with the contractor sent by them who even saw the water damage and submitted pictures my claim just gets turned down by a person sitting in the office thinking he is better then me talking to me like im nothing.So disappointed after paying all my money to them this is what i get back.
