Why do they deduct while i have Canceled and dnt want to Reverse it

My Re# P***6 Miway offered me a good insurance but we endup disagree on the case of installing a new car track that they want while mine have been less compare to the one the advised me to install. I endup Canceling that insurance contract on 24Dec 2020 due to that new car track but on the 29 Dec 2020 they deduct around 23:50. I called them in the morning asked them that i dnt have any contract with them and yes they did agreed that i have Canceled it but the bank have deducted. I have ask them cause they have deduct does that mean they will cover me this month they did not agreed with that then i asked them to reverse it till today they have not
