Why did you Debit My Account?

I cancelled a warranty policy that I had in place for over 3 years because it was not worth the piece of paper it was written on. <br> I spoke to Patricia who arranged the cancellation and the last debit was supposed to be July 2015. <br> Today while going through my bank statement I noticed that an amount of R81.54 was taken from my account by MiWay?<br> This amount is very sneaky as well because it is under R100 and I did not get the sms notification from my bank. Had I note checked my statement this would not have been picked up and you would have continued to debit me on a cancelled policy!<br> Who gave you authority to debit my account and what is this amount for? I cancelled the policy 2 months ago?<br> Please have someone call me to reverse this amount plus the bank charges and ensure that this never happens again!
