Why did you debit more than expected???

<p>This Morning, my debit order went off for my Insurance premiums, and to my surprise, the amount has now increased. This annual increase was supposed to take place at the end of August only. Again Miway is messing up with my account, this is really not going well. I was told by Thabiso Letsoela that i will only get the premium increase at the end of August. He also told me a few months back that he will in August be able to reduce my premium again. I need this done now, because i have got cheaper offers from other providers. I need answers now!</p>
