Why change when they are so awesome

I was looking at a cheaper premium for my insurance and received a quote which had the same benifits and R100 cheaper. When Amori from Myway called me to assist me with the cancelation process, she politly asked why i wanted to cancel. I explained that i could get a cheaper premium at another company. <br> <br> Instead of just telling me why i shouldnt cancel because they are the best etc she said to me thats its my 1 year aniversary next month, so we could look at the premium again and see what price we come up with. <br> <br> Well its R160 less than before with 30day car hire instead of 10 days as before. She saved the company losing a member and also saved me allot of time not having to change. What made it worth it was the way in which she handled the situation and the manner in which the whole conversation was conducted.<br> <br> Amori you are an asset to the company!!!
