Why are we waiting
No progress made on earlier compaint where abbreviations are not explained, other applicable costs are not explained etc. Detailed unnecessary and irrelevant info has been received with no attempt being made to actually read my explicit questions sent by email to enable me to decide on two payout options on offer.
