Who needs insurance

My car tyres and rims were ****** during the early hours of the morning (10/12/2015). I made a claim to Miway and was informed that I needed to get a case number from the police, which I did.
I called and chatted with Miway agents from 9am until the 16:30 when I got hold of Lindy Ndhlovu who had been assigned my case as early as 10h00, this is what I received.
In a nutshell, Lindy told me to make my own arrangements to fix my car that had been standing on bricks since the tyres were removed. He told me to get wheels and arrange for the car to be taken to the dealer, pay for the tow truck myself (because they only offer roadside assistance), and put new mags and tyres myself, and send the quotations to Miway for them to refund me. Recordings of this conversation should be available and I'm hoping his superiors will listen to it. I think if this is how Miway treats its clients during times of need, then I'm insured with the wrong company,
