Where is my excess that i paid
<p>I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in August 2016 already - caused by a person that skipped a robot and fled the scene, but was caught after. I paid R 3500 excess to have my vehicle fixed - I asked on several occasions if Miway have managed to claim back my excess from the guilty party's insurance as it was proven as his fault. But to date no answer, instead of getting replies - my insurance rather gets put up by R 200 ??? From R 632 to R 835 - so why do i get penalised for an accident that is not my fault</p>
