Where does one start! I’ve called Miway and was transferred to Haniph Nkuna

Where does one start! I’ve called Miway and was transferred to Haniph Nkuna. He IMMEDIATELY tried to calm me down and assist. I was in shock!!!!! He got me roadside assistance and even offered to get me an Uber. Haniph went as far to confirm the company that towed my car was the one they’ve contracted. He asked me to drop my call and offered to call me back in order for me to safe my talk time. He kept on checking on me till I reached home. If this is not going the extra mile, I don’t know what is. Thanks Haniph, you were truly a God send.
