When Your Insurance Becomes The Biggiest Risk In Your Life.

On Saturday i logged a request to be driven back home from a work event, i was informed that all is in order and confirmation was sent both on whatsapp and sms.

However i found myself stranded after the time period i requested to be collected, only to be informed by Miway that they never booked the ride because i didnt acknowledge the extra kms fee. The fee in question was sent to me without any action request from my end, i just assumed it will be debited from my account.

I had to hold my colleagues hostage whilst i figure out what am going to do since i could drive myself so far at night.

I have lost trust in you as an insurer, i was treated very badly. Left out of pocket and uncomfortable because i trusted the wrong people, this insurance is not what it used to be.
