When the going gets tough, Miway pulls through.

I called Miway to cancel my policy and the reception I got was not the one I expected. As a retention advisor should, Thapelo asked me all the right questions and did all he could to retain me but I also did myself a favor by being honest about the reasons I was cancelling.
