When Miway abdicates responsibility, by shifting the goal posts, especially when they are dealing with "******s"

On the 05-10-2018, one of Miway's agent called me, regarding my claim, that was logged on 03-10-2018; holy mackerel, Miway said, that they are going to write off my car and, that if I want to reinstate that policy, with them. I need to fix my car, thereafter, re-register it, but, they are not going to allocate me a courtesy car. The difficulty, I have with that posture, is that; I still intend to be their client, after I have fixed my car. Is this where they call black people ******s? Is this where they regard black people as expendable? Indeed, I have come to that bitter determination, because, they consider us to be easy targets. Miway, is a Goliath to end all Goliath's, and when you are of a darker hue, it is even worse. WHAT IS TO BE DONE?
