When it comes to delaying no one beats miway

I have been with Miway for 7 years and I have only claimed twice for my vehicle. They always do their best to delay claims, with my 1st it was insured with miway which was the 3rd year insure with miway, I was in an accident and my car was not drivable as a result it was towed away,, but while busy with the claim I was told that the car is at a panel beater in Joburg and when I tried to contact the panel beater,,, the penal beater was no longer operating, only to find out my car was still at miway yard. Now 7 years later guess what dejavu I was in an accident that happened in Johannesburg and then it was assigned to an Investigator in Bloemfontein, only after I complained they realized that the claim is assigned to a person which is Gerherd Pinaar from Bloemfontein. They told me that they had to re-assign the claim to someone in Johannesburg. Miway always does their best to delay a claim and give u a headache... but there is no delay when they are trying to get u onboard.
