When does miway call back even though there was a request?

Last week i phoned regarding a claim that should be settled by a school due to their workers breaking my window.

Miway first said the department that would help me is closed so they cant help me.

They then said they would lidge a query so that someone can phone me back.

No one has phoned me.

I phoned in again today.

Halfway through the process of finalizing the claim (which does not follow the steps given last time) the call was dropped.

No one is phoning me back to resume the claim.

I do not see why i should pay them monthly, they have my details, i firstly requested the call back and now shoukd be going through the entire peocess if call operators again to start the claim again with a new person. It is always a struggle to finalizr a claim with miway ... so sick and tired if the going up and down just to get stuff beung paid for finalized...

I have a second claim due to bad workmanship that also need to be finalized and if this is how the window is going to be i dont even want to think about the vendor where previous fixes are falling apart ... urgh ...
