When can I get my car fixed

It's been almost 2 months since my car was damaged due to hail. But it still has not been repaired. Please use companies that also value their customers the way that MiWay values theirs. The assessor sent me emails requesting me to call them back, and never bothered to send confirmation emails as requested, they told me to google directions to where we were supposed to meet. Now that my claim has been approved, I am still waiting since the panel beaters don't have space for me yet (biting off more than they can chew)
