Story time ?

So I was involved in a car accident on the 4th of October, the damages from the accident was paid for and fixed on the 25th of October.

Upon collection of my vehicle I realized that there were further damages to the engine that was not there before. I also noticed that my car had been driven for 19 km from the time it was in Great South Autobody's possession.

I attempted to drive my car home but it wouldn't even make to it to the Caltex garage less than 500 meters away without over heating.

After going back and forth trying to get this resolved with the panel beaters I grew frustrated and decided to pay for a trusted panel beater to fix my car.

Here's where your real helpful team comes in...

I spent 2 hours on the phone speaking to 8 different consultants in order to simply get my car from their *********** panel beaters to my own using a tow truck...

A task which now seems like the most impossible and complicated to MiWay ?
