<p>That’s what I call good service and going over and beyond to help your client.</p> <p>This lady is so customer and service oriented. She was just a beauty and joy to work with. I felt valued. If I had any doubt about Miway level of service, I have none now after dealing with this lady. On Saturday I received an increased premium from Miway which I felt was crazy and unjustified. I phoned them on Monday vying for blood but this lady just attended to my query with such humility, dignity and diligent that after the call I was all smiles. I was a happy client again.
