What a nice experience!

<p>I spoke to a lady called Kitso to assist me with an estimate for a new car I am applying for. Honestly, what a nice experience! This is the best call I have ever had with any insurance company. Usually, you feel like just a number being ticked off the list. Kitso made the experience personal and I feel like I was extremely well taken care of. She took interest in me as a person and that's what the experience something different. I hope that a Manager listens to the call and hears the exceptional service that I received!
