WHAT A JOKE!!!

Dealing with Miway after their client caused an accident, left the scene, (as I lay injured awaiting medical attention) came back, admitted guilt -and all of this I have provided more than substantial amount of proof as well as witnesses. This well known service provider and insurer has absolutely no idea of what they are doing. I was told that once assessed the value of my vehicle and safety gear will be quoted upon as new and then the age difference in percentage will be deducted. In total my vehicle and gear were worth +-R23000 as new, 2012 model. Accident occurred in beginning of Feb 2016. So it's 3 years looking at reg dates. Miway has not kept in communication with me, I have had to phone them or email each time and this morning after much ongoing fightng and frustration I phoned again to be told that they have approved a ...GET THIS R1069 PAYOUT. WHAT A JOKE! I CAN'T EVEN BUY A BICYCLE FOR THAT. Before Mrs Kurpershoek I had my own transport, now I have pain, suffering, frustration and no transport, and you advised her to claim against me and deny guilt after the fact. Very very professional. Obviously no integrity in dealing with current and potential clients..
