What a great experience I had today!!!

<p>Had numerous changes to make to my policy today, and dreaded it, as any big company call centre is not a walk in the park. But I can assure you MiWay and especially my agent Dikeledi was amazing. She was proffesional and very friendly. The process was made clear to me from the get go and she answered my various questions with ease.
