What a great customer service by Buhle!
<p>I called Miway to make changes to my policy, and I was assisted by Buhle Nkuna. To say she was briliant in making sure that I got the help I was looking for would be an understatement, and my English is not good enough to find a better word. All I can say is, it was so refreshing speaking to someone that doesnt treat you like a customer, but like a human being.</p> <p>I hope more people working in customer services adopt this aproach.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just my 2 cents!</p>
