what a great call center agent...Big ups

Hi, i would like to give credit to Ramasela Papo for the service she gave me through the call center as she was very patient and helpful and very kind to talk to her. it was the first time in my life i found such a wonderful call center agent who listen to clients with such a great heart. i wish her the best of luck in her role and going forward positively so and wish she can encourage other team members to do the same where possible. it was great talking to her and assisting me... lastly i give miway a huge credit because of her making it shine.
