WHAT A EXCELLENT SERVICE

I was supposed to do inspection on miway App but I was struggling to find the link or a folder, then I decided to request a callback from miway. I was assisted by Lifa, he listen attentively to my problem and tried to assist me but only to find that there was no link on mi App. He suggested I must screen the App and send it to his email and he will escalate the matter technical. While error was escalated to technical he request to send pictures of mi car to his email address. I'm so grateful about the way he served me.
