What a disappointment!

I am very disappointed about the events that transpired yesterday. My car had a problem and I managed to get it home and then called miway for help. The agent told me to call Chevrolet to set up a time to bring my car and then miway will send someone to tow it to the garage. However when I called miway again after arranging with the garage a different agent told me that they only tow if the car broke down far from home and not in my yard. I have never heard of such and was very frustrated as I had been told that towing service is included in my policy.
