What a brilliant senior consultant

I hate calling insurance companies. I hold on forever...<br> <br> But today I held on for a while and started getting really ****ed off because everyone I spoke to regarding my policy, just had one negative thing to say after the other. Finally I get transferred to a senior consultant and boy o boy was she efficient AND EFFECTIVE. Poeletso Maloka, she knows what she is doing, no negativity, just optimism, energy and a beyond positive outcome. She made me forget how angry I was for holding and she just sounds beautiful. Thanks and keep it up!<br> <br> Loved chatting to her, if MIWAY keeps consultants like this around - I will never switch insurance period!!!!
